OpenAgent looks for sold properties for every agent in Australia from a range of sources. We do not claim to have every property an agent has sold, but we do look in the same places for every agent so the process is fair. All agents can also report missing properties to bolster their sales profile and these are verified and then added. If an agent is not actively managing their profile then the date range included and completeness of the data varies depending on a range of factors, however the data tends to be most complete within the last 12-18 months, and this is taken into account by our ranking system.
