    I just want to take this opportunity to thank you and your team at LJ Hooker - Albion Park Rail for the professional service provided during the sale of my property in Blackbutt. I found you very down-to-earth and always willing to accommodate my needs during this time which people usually consider quite stressful. Your approach to the sale I found, made it less stressful as you always relayed potential buyers comments and recommendations to us at the earliest possible time. You were firm but fair with potential buyers. We realise that selling a house in the higher level price range in the market, is harder to get people through and lock into an agreement and we had many offers as you know. You had taken, from memory twenty-seven couples through. When I counted the business cards left by you at each inspection, sometimes three inspections a day. I think that you more than earned the commission and I didn't even look twice at the fee. Your approach to marketing the property was also very professional and while you advised me on what marketing package in your professional opinion would best suit the house, you left the decision up to me. Which turned out to be what you recommended anyway. In the pricing of the house, you firstly gave us you appraisal estimate which I was happy with then suggested we test the market a little higher because the house was not your run of the mill spec home. The final sale price was spot on with your appraisal price. If I chose another agent who priced our property a lot less than your estimate, I could have potentially lost tens of thousands of dollars and it would have been easy money for them. I would highly recommend LJ Hooker Albion Park Rail to any potential families looking to sell who want a professional approach with a reputable business to sell their house with.
