    My wife and I had measured expectations of the competencies of agents before we met this agent . Having met several agents we were confused and unsure how to progress but when this agent talked us through the proposed sale as she saw it, we realised we had met our agent and we engaged her shortly thereafter. We were anxious about auction due to our lack of experience but agreed with what she proposed and we were very happy with our result. To say our expectations were met would be an understatement. We could not have achieved more in the prevailing market conditions. We found her extremely professional at all times and honest and dependable and could not fault her in any respect. I personally expect total honesty and found her to be exemplary in this regard and sufficiently candid. We were regularly informed and kept abreast of developments with respect to our sale. this agent is very amenable and easy to get along with and a good friend to have when you are worrying about navigating the stresses of selling.     It is with great pleasure that we recommend this agent . We initially intended to sell with either of two agents that we have known for many years. We were given a rather glum and uninspired appraisal by one and the other we had trouble contacting. We contacted L.J. Hooker and this agent was more than happy to meet with us to provide an appraisal. this agent displayed enthusiasm for the property. When told of our previous appraisal of $575,000 based on a similar property in another street in Mascot, this agent was quick to point out features that stood out about our house. It had a driveway that could accommodate several cars and it backed onto a quiet reserve. She explained to us the ways the market worked. She saw potential for selling our house at auction and her enthusiasm, knowledge and confidence made it easy to make a decision either way. During the lead up to the sale this agent provided us regularly with updates. We were always impressed and relieved with her reports of the numbers she was showing through our property. We also now realize how much we depended on this agent in this regard. this agent more than lived up to our trust in her. She provided us with very good feedback and advice at every stage and was able to get the right people to the auction. The property sold for $648,000. $73,000 more than our absolute minimum price and this can be attributed to this agent 's dedication and hard work. this agent is the most dependable person with excellent integrity.
