As you know, this was a difficult project due to the financial difficulties of the developer and the Receivership of one of the funders. Despite these difficulties, you and your team went above and beyond our expectations as marketing agents, providing local knowledge and assistance where possible and achieving an excellent sales result. AllFinance engaged the services of this agent of Raine & Horne Bowral in early 2010 to assist in the realisation programme of complete strata residential development at Bowral comprising 7 villas. this agent 's in-depth knowledge of the Southern Highlands real estate market was demonstrated early in our deadlines and his assistance with our mortgagee sale programme was invaluable. this agent was willing to assist in all stages of our recover action including co-ordination of locksmiths and other trades required. As a result, AllFinance's debt was repaid in full in August 2010 from the sales achieved by Raine & Horne. this agent achieved sale prices at or above valuation and in line with the estimated sales prices quoted prior to his appointment. The outstanding results achieved by this agent and his team were due to their professional approach combined with excellent communication and good understanding of our requirements. We have since recommended Raine & Horne's services to another mortgage fund related to AllFinance. Our relationship with this agent covered a six month period during which we were house hunting in NSW, primarily in the Southern Highlands. this agent ’s professionalism was equalled only by his courtesy, patience and genuine interest in fulfilling our needs.     Dear this agent , I’m writing to thank and congratulate your sales and administration team for their assistance in our purchase of our family home in Woodbine St, Bowral. Throughout the process of searching for a home, it became evident that the staff of Raine & Horne (R&H) Bowral worked as a cooperative team with the common goal of assisting purchasers in finding the right property. This spirit of cooperation is largely responsible for my wife and I continuing to visit properties listed with the R&H agency, and ultimately buying a property listed with your agency. I would like to outline the contributions of your staff in this process: Carolina Torregrosa was instrumental to keeping us informed with the agency’s website and gave persistent but non-intrusive email and verbal communication on R&H properties for 2 months prior to our eventual purchase. Carolina provided regular updates on newly listed properties as well as drawing our attention to R&H properties that we had overlooked. It was one of these updates that led directly to our purchase of the Woodbine St. property.
