    It is with great confidence and extreme pleasure that I commend this agent and Clarke and Humel Real Estate to you for your selling experience. Recently my Mother and Father decided to sell our Family home of 46 years. To say that this decision was upsetting and traumatic to all involved is an under- statement. When the decision to sell the Family Home was being considered some 7-8 months ago we thought as a family that we had better get three Real Estate Agents in to test the market and see what our options where. The third and most impressive person who came in was this agent who was then working for his previous employer (prior to Clarke and Hummel). Our family was immediately impressed with this agent ’s enthusiasm and love for his job and his total understanding of the difficult decision that our family had arrived at in reluctantly selling our home. this agent advised us of a number of options as to the best time and how to sell while all the while conveying that he would not be pushing us into any decision that we were not happy and comfortable with. At the time we explained to this agent that we might need a couple of months to digest the magnitude of the decision we had to make and asked that he respectfully give us this time to make up our minds for the right time to sell. this agent was more than gracious and understanding in this regard while assuring us that when we decided “to sell” all the groundwork will have been done and we could move on a sale as soon as were ready. While where making our decision this agent advised us that he had moved to Clarke and Humel and that he would still like to handle our sale if and when we were ready. I can honestly say that we did not even give changing agents a second thought which is the biggest indication of our confidence in this agent and any Company he chose to work for. When we did decide to sell we witnessed a totally professional yet caring team in action with Michael Clarke himself calling to offer his services and to assure us that he had total faith and confidence in this agent . The advertising was a complete success and I am pleased to say that our home sold above expectation at Auction after only a three week campaign. In closing I think that my Mums words through tears of happiness after the Auction express our thoughts and regard for this agent and they were simply “I love you this agent ” and although we all had a laugh at the time to me those words were a great reflection of the honesty and decency that this agent had shown while carrying out his job for our family. As suggested by this letter our Family would not have any hesitation in recommending this agent and Clarke and Humel for your Real Estate experience.

From the very beginning, this agent showed he had an insatiable appetite for giving us the best service he possibly could.
