    I was very impressed with this agent's local knowledge of Pyrmont and surrounding districts. He knew about my specific building and the potential stand out features that would be used to market my unit. He came across as highly professional, friendly and not sales-y, which was refreshing. He seemed to know my unit as well as I did right from day one. He based his advice on facts and local knowledge rather than promises and hopes. One of the reasons that I chose this agent over other local agents was his prompt communication after my first inquiry. In the internet age, I get very frustrated with texting, emails and non-personal communication, but this agent rang me straight back after my inquiry. He was very easy to talk to and spoke with knowledge and confidence over the phone. Being interstate during the sale, it was very important that I was in the loop at all times during the marketing campaign. Communication was a key factor in my choice of agent. Some agents didn't even get back to me within 2 days of my first email. During the marketing of the property, I was happy to find my agent choice has been a good one. This agent kept me in the loop at all times and went above and beyond to organize the best Stylist, Painter, repair people and conveyancers. This made the sales process as easy as possible from another city. He rang me at least twice a week to keep my up to date with open inspections and marketing statistics. I believe that this agent's personable and friendly nature would have contributed to people feeling comfortable with their decision to make offers and come to auction, without feeling pressured, but instead, feeling educated with solid facts about what the unit and location had to offer. I'm sure they would have felt comfortable in dealing with a local agent with a sale history in the building and the area. His ability to communicate fluently to the Chinese community would have also be an asset in certain scenarious. This agent anticipated road blocks and buyer hesitation on things like finance, parking spaces and conveyancing and had a network in place to help potential buyers overcome any obstacles. We were given realistic expectations of sales price as the campaign progressed, with 5 scenarios of how a remote auction could play out from no turn out to a full house and many bidders. Whatever happened, we had a solid understanding of our next move, during or after auction. We had two offers prior to auction and another three contracts out, so we were conservatively confident of reaching close to our reserve. The auction started well without us needing to put in a vendors bid. The momentum was achieved and three bidders pushed the price up to reserve within a few minutes. From there the price kept going up, and through ongoing negotiation and persuasion, this agent and the auctioneer were able to achieve a result $50,000-$60,000 beyond any our predictions. We are extremely happy with the result and very glad that we spent the time to find the best person to market our property. Thanks to this agent and the team.

    When I first decided to put my apartment on the market, I started researching the various recent sales of other apartments. this agent 's sales results stood out, as the prices he achieved were noticeably higher than those of the other agents in the area. Now I have sold my apartment through this agent 's agency, and it has gained the highest price thus far for any comparably sized apartment in the building, achieving this record price after only a month on the market. So, was this the result of luck or mere coincidence?
