This agent was always quick to respond to my questions and kept me updated. Ideally, we we would have liked to sell for a bit more, but this agent did his best. We did end up selling for below his appraisal, but I don't think that was this agent's fault - the market was coming down significantly at that point. We were happy with this agent.
This is a rather belated letter to record my great appreciation and thanks for all you did to achieve the very satisfactory sale of my home in Queens Park. It was a very big decision for me to sell this property after living there for thirty years. The home itself and the surrounding neighbourhood held many happy memories and the decision to sell and move to the Southern Highlands was potentially quite traumatic. It is with great pleasure that I offer this testimonial to this agent . this agent recently negotiated the sale of my property in Bondi and was successful in securing a price that exceeded the current sustainable market value by $35,000. During the three-week marketing campaign period, this agent was able to attract over 160 parties to inspect the property through his sheer persistence and follow up techniques. The property was auctioned and passed in at $565,000 which was the average sustainable market value in the current climate. Nevertheless, this agent was able to convince another prospective buyer from Griffith to have the property inspected later that same evening. After a price of $600,000.00 was agreed upon, this agent arranged to meet the buyer at halfway that night in order to exchange contracts without a cooling-off period. This involved a 6-hour round trip driving time only. this agent called us at 10:30 in the evening that night to advise that the contracts had been exchanged and he was on his way back to Sydney. Needless to say, he did not reach home until 3:30 in the morning on the following Sunday morning. I have no doubt in affirming that this agent can be relied upon to achieve what others may think is unachievable because he has that rare quality of operating above and beyond the call of duty.
