We decided to sell our home in Russell Lea in May 2013 and appointed the services of Laing + Simmons Drummoyne and this agent as our agent. L+S Drummoyne were also the agent we bought the house from 6 years ago. From the onset, this agent was very timely with his proposal and very knowledgeable of the local market. We were given a very fair and accurate appraisal of our property and it was decided that we would go to Auction in mid June with a 4 week Advertising campaign. this agent and the whole team at L+S Drummoyne, made us feel involved with the set up of the advertising and offered practical advice about how to best present our home and also assisted us with any enquiries in a timely manner. this agent was extremely punctual for all Open for Inspections, and treated our home as if it was his own. L+S also secured an editorial for our house in Domain in the Saturday SMH which was fantastic. Our house sold on Auction day and we were very happy with the result! We engaged this agent to sell our home in Five Dock. this agent was the obvious choice with his pleasant and knowledgeable demeanour and strong sales record in the immediate local area. this agent impressed us with his extensive knowledge of sales in the greater Five Dock area and established price goals that were reasonable for the area.
