I recently sold my house from overseas and this agent took care of everything we needed. From a coat of paint, to small touch ups, hiring furniture. this agent managed the whole process end to end. Always give your property to Gary Peer to sell. I was very happy with the result last Saturday given the current housing market conditions. Every day I read another depressing story in The Age about properties not selling. However, I strongly believe that well-presented properties in good areas will always sell for a premium with a good sales agent guiding the process, as my property did last Saturday. I have been very impressed again with the team at Gary Peer, particularly with this agent as sales lead. Your coordination of all the documentation and other administration that goes along with marketing and selling a property and Daniel and the wider team at Gary Peer who I never saw but I am sure worked equally as hard to make the sale so successful. This was the second time I have sold a property through Gary Peer and honestly, the experience just gets better and far easier each time. This time, I haven't had to do anything apart from making sure the property was in a condition appropriate to sell. The best advice I can give someone when selling their property is always give your property to Gary Peer to sell, really listen to what the sales agent has to say about how to market your property, and give your sales agent full scope and capacity to manage the marketing and sale of the property once the campaign has been agreed (ie handover the keys on day 1 and let the team at Gary Peer do the rest). Discuss all of your concerns up front with the sales agent so that there are no surprises and you feel confident that you understand the entire marketing and sales process. As a vendor, be realistic and flexible throughout the campaign but always be clear of your objectives upfront. It ensures the sales agent knows what you want to achieve from day one. Whilst I thought private sale was always the best way to go, I'm not so sure anymore after the successful result at our home. I really liked the fact that with an auction period, you have an intense marketing period, then a definitive sale date. The whole process was completed in about five weeks. So, all I can say is a huge thank you to this agent , you, Daniel and the wider team at Gary Peer for an outstanding effort, totally exceeding my expectations and a truly successful result. The company's mantra of passionate property people and passionate about property is an understatement.
Gary Peer & Associates was the right choice. If you are about to sell your property, my only advice is to sign with Gary Peer & Associates. Yes, my auction result was fantastic and well above reserve that's the first thing I know you want to know. However, it was the manner it which this was achieved that deserves your attention. From the first meeting, this agent came prepared with a calendar of what would need to be finalised and what I would need to have done to successfully get the house on the market in the time frame I needed. He was the only agent who did this. His professional and considered approach to the sale won the business. I was initially slightly overwhelmed with the list of work and recommendations that needed to be carried out as it came at a busy time in my work Jessica Lang who was so supportive, came to my rescue with painters, gardeners, handymen, electricians and coordinated the work in a manner that did not prevent me from getting on with work or losing my mind. The marketing for the property, especially the virtual tour was excellent. Again, more recommendations for presentation resulted in the house looking better than I thought it could and this agent 's presentation was far superior to others I had viewed on the web previously. The photos shot the house from the best possible angles. During the open for inspections the firm worked as a team and kept me fully informed along the way. The campaign had some ups and downs and rather than stay with the same strategy, and hope for the best, they were proactive and not only changed approach, but enabled me to understand the entire process and all the reasons for doing so. It was the correct decision. Auction day came around. I felt complete trust in the firm by this stage and was happy to comply with their recommendations. Gary Peer had multiple agents in the crowd to assist in helping the purchasers to keep bidding. Philip Kingston was truly on fire and after some heart stopping minutes a fantastic result had been achieved. Gary Peer & Associates was the right choice.
Our sales campaign team of this agent , Daniel Michmacher and Jessica Lang were always professional and friendly with great communication throughout. Phillip Kingston was absolutely fabulous on auction day and we had an amazing result. We enjoyed the sale process and would use Gary Peer & Associates again.
