"this agent was absolutely terrific to deal with in the sale of my property, G8/221 Sturt St, Sth Bank. We originally engaged another agent who was unable to present a single interested party to us over a two month period despite an expensive marketing and auction campaign. Having seen that this agent had sold another apartment in the building at the same time, I called her and she immediately made herself available to meet and gave some really valuable insights into the market. "Hi this agent , I just wanted to say a huge thank you for assisting with the recent sale of my apartment at 88 Park St. The thought of having to go through the process of selling was extremely stressful before meeting you. I met a couple of other agents earlier in the piece and couldn't believe how much they really didn't care. One just kept giving me the sales pitch and the other took 3 days to call me back after leaving a message that I wanted to make an appointment. I really appreciate you coming to my work and speaking to me like a human being and not just treating me like a number.
