When I began the process of choosing a real estate agent to sell my development properties, I interviews a number of agents and the agent that impressed me the most was this agent. Firstly because he did what he said was going to do, followed up and more importantly was able to give me a number of strategies, ideas and solutions to a number of challenges I was experiencing in getting the properties to market. The added bonus was the fact that I had an offer within two weeks of listing. I can't thank this agent and his team enough for all their focused and dedicated work.

I have recently completed several commercial real estate transactions in Perth with the valuable assistance of this agent and his realty. During my dealings with Mr. Hay, I found him to be an experienced professional in his field with extensive sales experience and knowledge. His input to developing the strategies for marketing my properties and subsequent negotiations for lease or sale was both measured and tailored to each situation. I found him excellent to deal with on a principal to principal basis and appreciated his constant attention to achieving successful outcomes through a positive approach to problem solving. Where initial strategies were not working as anticipated, suitable alternatives were suggested. Having worked in property development for the past 20 years, I have dealt with a range of real estate agents. I have used the services of this agent's real estate on a number of occasions. This agent's commitment and professionalism are to be commended. My team can be reasonably hard to please when it comes to real estate and this agent's realty has impressed them. I recently took on a sizeable project which required specialist real estate knowledge and attention to detail. Again, this agent came through to meet our sales deadline of over $10.5M in sales between October 2012 and March 2013. Would I use this agent's realty again? Absolutely.

We'd like to thank both you and your team for the excellent results delivered with the recent sale of our group's Shenton Park apartment complex. In the current market, what you and your team have managed to achieve is quite outstanding. With one exception, the twelve apartments were all sold for their full listing prices. By fine tuning the individual apartment prices in the pre-sales process, the overall outcome we achieved equated to the initial gross sales price expectation you initially set, so, it really didn't make any difference that a nominal price adjustment was required for the final apartment sale. The pre-listing advice we received from you was spot on. This resulted in an enhanced product offering which you and your team then took to market. You and your colleagues managed to sell and settle all twelve apartments in less than 120 days — simply brilliant. This could have been reduced to around 100 days if it wasn't for the one apartment sale falling over. The fact that your firm was able to arrange the immediate re-sale of that apartment is testament to the outstanding marketing campaign you conducted. The Facebook initiative provided both an unexpected and surprising boost to the marketing initiative. The number of hits was unbelievable and no doubt this contributed to the overall success. It's been a pleasure dealing with you and your firm once again. It’s now over eleven years since we first became involved with your firm. The level of service and professionalism you and your team deliver has been consistent and at the highest level throughout this period. You always provide meaningful and realistic advice.
