Assisting my Daughter Kimberley and future Son in Law Greg buy their first property was a daunting prospect with much to consider, but after meeting this agent, his wife Tanya and the rest of the team in the office everything seemed so much easier and clearer. They were friendly, professional in their approach and just as importantly had great knowledge of the area which allowed us to move quickly and purchase just the type of place we were looking for. Recently had the pleasure of this agent from JP Dixon Real Estate Sandringham, look after the sale of my fathers property in Highett VIC 3190, this agent's property knowledge of the area was crucial in our decision to go to auction, this certainly paid off, the result of auction was above our expectations, and we have this agent to thank for the outcome. On a more personal note, the sale of my father's property was due to my mother recently passing away, and my father going into aged care this agent was very professional and sympathetic towards our circumstances and was very personal in looking after us and the sale of Dad's house, I would highly recommend this agent without hesitation, thank you again.

My mother and I had interviewed several local real estate agents, prior to settling on this agent. Whilst I didn't doubt the competency of the competition, what swayed me in this agent's favour was his genuine, honest approach in informing me about the market, likely sale realisation, campaign strategy and advertising. He was open to negotiation on aspects of the campaign, which was refreshing. Also of significance was that he listened to my concerns regarding the cost of local paper advertising and my querying its effectiveness. Contemporary buyers look on line, they know what they want and are clued as to a property's potential. Consequently, I was happy with the online advertising campaign. I connected with this agent's friendly, enthusiastic personality and energy and felt that he would assist my sale campaign by attracting buyers. This agent also worked closely with auctioneer, Andrew Stuart, with whose expertise and reputation I was familiar. Together this agent and Andrew provided excellent service on auction day. My parents and I were happy with the result and service provided by this agent.

Met this agent quite a few years ago through our daughter looking for a property to buy. My decision to appoint J P Dixon Sandringham to sell my property in Hampton was a very good decision. My home is a war service home and there are plenty of them in Hampton, Hampton East, and Highett. In February close by to my home, I noticed that JP Dixon Sandringham had two war service homes for auction on the same day. So I attended both auctions. I was floored by the results that were obtained on the day by the Auctioneer Jonathon Dixon. What I immediately identified with this agent’s team was mature aged Sales Consultants and support staff, and their experience in war service homes. Being a smaller agency, but having a good name in the local area, I got real personal service. Photo shoot went ahead and the brochures and board were typical of J P Dixon’s style – informative, colourful, and highlighting the home’s best rooms. I was very happy that I got a good price because the final few weeks the pressure was building to a tempest. This agent and the JP Dixon Team are good at what they do, plus they are nice people. Should you have a property you wish to sell I hope you list with them and have the positive experience that I had.

When we wanted to sell our home we consulted with many local real estate agents through local and bayside areas. We finally decided on JP Dixon as we felt their approach matched our particular needs the best and we weren’t disappointed in our decision. Most agents wanted to sign us up for massively expensive advertising campaigns which really just seem to advertise the Real Estate agent rather than the houses they are selling. JP Dixon’s approach was “let’s not concentrate on how much we spend on advertising, rather let’s see how effective our advertising strategy can be while still being affordable”. It worked, we kept our costs down way below what we would pay with some others, but our property was still very visible on the major advertising outlets, and our auction was extremely well attended with a healthy number of genuine bidders. Advice given to us about how to best present our home was also spot on. So many people after the auction commented to us about how well the home looked during inspection. We went into the auction with a realistic and informed idea of how much our home was worth, and we weren’t let down. The auction day went so smoothly, and the price we gained for our home well made us smile and we happily popped the cork of nice champagne at the end of an exciting day. My advice to others, don’t be fooled by slick bigger agencies, go with an Agent that can provide an effective personal touch at an affordable cost.

This agent walked us through the minefield of recent sales, market trends and price expectations. He provided well-informed advice on preparing our home for sale, and worked strategically on campaign timing. With a young family, we were keen to limit the impact of openings. This agent understood and structured a sale process that not only reduced the impact on a busy family but ensured that there was the opportunity to meet our expectations.
