This is the journey of 88; written as a heartfelt thank you to this agent and Bill. I wanted a team who understood the importance of selling this beautiful art deco property, which was built by my great grandparents, on this very significant date; 8/8/2015. I chose Bill and this agent above three other real estate teams based on their high standard of customer service and attention to detail. It was a wise decision. Their commitment, communication and consultation made them an excellent team to work with. Our advertising campaign exceeded even their expectations. We were lucky to have an amazing feature article written by Kay Keighery, in the Weekly Review. Our advertising luck did not stop there as the significance of the 8/8 was embraced by the media. The day before the auction the Herald Sun ran an article and photo of 88 with this agent and Bill holding a giant golden figure 8. The same evening our beautiful property was on Channel Nine News. Auction Day – I don’t think I’ve ever felt so nervous. The previous day, we had role played various scenarios and Bill had a clear understanding of my expectations on the day. The result – sold for the lucky number of 1,150,088 to a family that seem to love the property as much as I. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks to this agent and Bill for making the whole journey such a pleasing and memorable experience. I wouldn’t change a thing.
