How did you get started in real estate?

I bought my first property at 18 and I started working at the company that managed my property on the weekends. After I finished my university degree, I liked real estate' so I ended up just going in that direction.

What is your favourite thing about the area you service?

My favourite thing about the area is the fact that it's safe, gorgeous and family friendly. We've got good parks, good people and good eateries.

Can you tell us about your most memorable sale?

My most memorable sale was with a guy that I got into a partnership with. He had his own business and was selling a block of units back then. It came down to the last one. There were three other agents working on it, and the first time I showed it, the people loved it and bought it.

What’s your biggest strength?

My biggest strength is that I'm straight forward - no nonsense.

What do you like most about your job?

Seeing young couples make a start in the property market.

What makes a good agent?

I believe a good agent is a straightforward person who can read the playing field and make the smartest calls.

What’s the biggest mistake you see vendors make?

The biggest mistake I see vendors make is choosing an agent based on low fees.

A vendor should choose me because I'm personable. I understand people - what they want and what they need. I'm genuine and I'm honest.
