Some of our benefits

Work from home

We're a distributed company - there's no central office and our team primarily works from home. We offer the flexibility to work from anywhere in Australia, including access to co-working spaces in some capital cities. We're constantly optimizing the way we work to create the best possible environment while allowing our team to enjoy the benefits of working from home.

Work from home allowance

We’ve learned how important it is to be properly set up to work from home full time. We make sure our employees have the technology they need to do their job and also offer an annual allowance of $500 to each employee to put towards customising their work from home setup. This allowance is available to each employee at the start of each financial year.

Paid parental leave

We offer 18 weeks paid leave, plus super, for either parent as the primary carer within 12 months of their child being born. We also offer paid leave for miscarriage and for partners who are not the primary carer

Personal and professional growth

In addition to providing the initial and ongoing training that each employee needs, we offer an additional benefit to encourage growth. Every year, each employee is eligible for an additional five days’ paid leave to spend on their personal or professional growth. We’ll also provide up to $1500 towards the cost of training or other activities that an employee chooses to undertake.

Birthday leave

Everyone in the team gets a paid day off on their birthday. It’s our way of saying we’re glad you were born!
