Kinchela is a village in New South Wales, Australia, on land traditionally owned by the Dungutti people. It is best known as the location of the infamous Kinchela Boys Home. The village is named after Kinchela Creek, which in turn may have been named after John Kinchela, Attorney General of New South Wales who arrived at Sydney in 1831.
OpenAgent looks for sold properties for every agent in Australia from a range of sources. We do not claim to have every property an agent has sold, but we do look in the same places for every agent so the process is fair. All agents can also report missing properties to bolster their sales profile and these are verified and then added. If an agent is not actively managing their profile then the date range included and completeness of the data varies depending on a range of factors, however the data tends to be most complete within the last 12-18 months, and this is taken into account by our ranking system.
