This agent met with us to do a market appraisal on our property in North Caulfield. We were considering selling sometime in the following months. It was in the last quarter of last year and we had too much on the go to prepare the house for a late year campaign. The following weekend, we had a call from this agent that she had a potential purchaser wishing to view the house. We were not in Melbourne that weekend. The inspection occurred and within a week, a no fuss sale process was concluded to the satisfaction of the purchaser and ourselves. Four weeks later, we completed the sale process. This agent was was an expert adviser, hardworking and extremely professional. Had it not been for this agent, the efficient execution, of the sale process etc., I expect the sale process would not have occurred for many months yet. She was a delight to work with and we'd have no hesitation in recommending this agent to a prospective purchaser or seller.

We recently had the good fortune of selling our house in East Brighton through Rodney Morley Persichetti, We were very pleased with the highly professional manner in which RMP conducted the excellent publicity and promotional campaign for our house, as well the sound but realistic advice we received from Rodney Morley, one of the directors of the company who met with us on two occasions prior to the day of auction. However, our real praise goes out to this agent , a senior sales consultant with RMP. From beginning to end we had a sense of being in excellent hands. Our choice was based upon the following: (1) A well demonstrated understanding of our needs, (2) In depth local knowledge of the market and potential buyers, backed up by solid research and information indicating price and consumer treads, (3) An excellent knowledge of marketing strategies and their likelihood of producing a good outcome, and the advantages of each, (4) A prudent assessment of the price our property was likely to secure, (5) A sound strategy in positioning our property on the market place, including superior knowledge of timing of the auction, (6) Solid evidence of extremely professional support and infrastructure to underpin your efforts, (7) Excellent support in minimising our personal inconvenience while readying the property for sale, (8) Flexibility in terms of presenting options for professional fees, (9) Excellent formal presentation confirming terms of business etc, (10) A demonstrated capacity for building personal rapport with us as your clients. During the period leading up to the sale we were kept will informed of your requirements e.g. photographs etc. We had regular and consistent feedback about access to information about the property and likely buyers intentions, both in terms of electronic enquiries and site visits. We received solid encouragement about the likely outcome, without this being overstated. We were well briefed by the auctioneer about how he was to run the process, and what was our part in it. The littler courtesies were fully extended e.g. cappuccino, much appreciated.
