Co-CEO
Johanna is the Co-CEO of OpenAgent. She joined the company as Head of Product and Growth, later becoming COO before stepping into the Co-CEO role in 2020. Prior to joining OpenAgent, she was VP of Marketing at hipages. Licensed in real estate across every Australian state, Johanna keeps a close eye on market movements and industry change. Her commentary has appeared in The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, and other major publications.
Zoe Pointon
Co-CEO
Zoe is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of OpenAgent. Before launching OpenAgent, she founded several small businesses and worked at McKinsey & Company, where she advised clients on growth and strategy. At OpenAgent, she leads the company’s strategic and innovation functions, and is well-placed to provide commentary on business strategy, partnerships, product development and fundraising.
Kevin Kong
Head of Data
Kevin is Head of Data at OpenAgent, where he leads the team responsible for turning complex property data into clear insights for Australians navigating the real estate market. With deep expertise in property analytics, housing trends and consumer behaviour, he can share insights on property trends, market demand and supply dynamics, housing affordability, and how data can better inform both sellers and buyers.
