OpenAgent meets Margaret, a home seller from Hornsby Heights looking to retire and sell her beautiful family home. Join us as we go on a tour through this gorgeous property that is perfect for entertaining.

We talk to Sally from McGrath and Margaret who is selling this immaculately presented home. Margaret and her partner think that after 39 years, it's time to sell and move on.

Sally tells us that the property is a lovely single level, four-bedroom home in a beautiful location, peaceful and quiet. It’s an ideal home for young families with small children and also the entertainer with a beautiful entertainment deck and swimming pool.

The property has been landscaped to perfection. Margaret has loved entertaining here. There’s a lot of fun around the pool, in the summer months of course, and then here on the deck, barbecues. Margaret says it’s been amazing.

There’s also a little bit of a fan of the native wildlife. Margaret tells us that a couple of little feathered friends come and visit every night.
