We talk to Karen Jeffress from Belle Property who’s selling a deceased estate on an expansive 920 square metre parcel of land in the safe and leafy Crestwood pocket of Baulkham Hills.

Karen tells us that the property has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a single lock-up garage. However, the biggest selling point on this block is the land size. The average square metre block in Baulkham Hills is 700 but this property is over 920. This is huge.

There's been a lot of growth in Baulkham Hills. Karen thinks this property would be a good investment for a potential buyer because even though Baulkham Hills was always an older demographic, younger families are now coming in with the wonderful schools in the area. 

This shell of a home would also be perfect to renovate. If you wanted to knock it down, you could. You could build your dream home and you'd still have room for the pool.

The property is close to leafy parklands, transport, very high ranked primary schools in the area, Stockland Baulkham Hills Shopping Centre and shops. There’s not much else you'll need.
