Get my tailored shortlistHow much is the real estate fee for selling a house in Baulkham Hills?
The average real-estate agent commission in Baulkham Hills is 2.19%, which aligns with the state average bracket of 2% and 2.5%. Not all real estate agents calculate commission in the same way, so it is important to have an open dialogue to find out exactly what you are getting for your money. A tiered commission rate can be a good way to incentivise your agent and work for better sale results.

With a strong sense of community, Baulkham Hills is ideal for family living. The leafy area is dotted with parkland, including the Bidgigal reserve and the Crestwood reserve, where keen bushwalkers might catch a glimpse of a wallaby or if they're lucky an Echidna. The most populous suburb in the Hills area, Baulkham Hills is home to many places of worship from different Christian denominations, with church being a key lifestyle factor for many residents. Stockland Baulkham Hills is the largest shopping centre in the area, with groceries and retail outlets, while Windsor Road offers Cafes and restaurants. Baulkham Hills real estate is largely made up of generously sized family homes on quarter acre blocks, however, townhouses and apartments are also in demand. The area is 30km from Sydney CBD, so most residents prefer to drive to catch a bus to work, however, a new train station is planned for the not too distant future.
