The Eastern Suburbs is Adelaide's leafy inner ring, where established period homes sit alongside low-rise units and pocketed new townhouses. Streets such as Hyde Park, Toorak Gardens, Unley Park and Rose Park attract downsizers and professional couples who value walkable retail, parks and a short commute to the city. Auctions are clearing at 48% over the past year.(1) Transaction activity has been broadly steady, down 4.3% on the year, the lowest transaction count in two years.
