I am writing this message as a follow up of the sale of my apartment in St Kilda East. this agent is my realtor and I just have to express my gratitude for this kind, diligent man. He has been consistently working by our side since May 2008. We have sold a property with him before in Elsternwick and we were equally impressed with the results that he and the Gary Peer team achieved on our behalf. We faced many issues in the project of selling this apartment and I don't think that it would be sold now if I had any other realtor working with me during this time. this agent has been professional with his suggestions, patient in his expectations, and always respectful of our time. He was involved over and above what I would have expected in making sure that the all sales opportunities were followed up. He truly made the most out of each lead, which was sometimes very frustrating for me because of the current state of the slow moving home sales market. I felt this agent always had my back covered. this agent is reassuring, calm and very attuned to the market. He found a wonderful buyer who he signed on in the dark of the night. The buyer displayed strong interest during the inspection day and in order to capitalise on the opportunity on our behalf, this agent organised to meet with me late at night after my day's meetings to make offers to the client and to get counter signatures. this agent was running back and forth between my apartment and the buyer's home well into 1:00 AM to get the deal done. I am sure this was due to this agent 's encouragement to the buyer that this sale did indeed go through. The sale was made as simple for me as possible and I am grateful it is done. I'd like to formally commend this agent , for seeing us through this.

Often appointing a real estate agent to represent you or your family in our market can be a difficult task, especially if you are unfamiliar with the estate agents in your area or you do not have vast experience in buying or selling property. One thing that I have learned from my experience is that it is of the utmost importance that you select the right real estate agent from the right real estate agency. this agent from Gary Peer and Associates is exactly that. In respect to our situation, my wife and I were not simply looking for an agent to sell our property, but an agent that would understand our needs and move quickly to help us achieve our bigger picture. this agent , together with his partner Debbie Kiffer, provided us with an outstanding support base that we needed to get ourselves into the position that we are now enjoying. We absolutely loaded them with questions and concerns. However they kept answering all of these happily and tried as hard as possible to attract potential buyers to our property and appeal to them in a confident and structured way. Of course buyers do not just appear. Gary Peer & Associates have an incredible methodology for listing, advertising and promoting your property. The whole organization works in a true teamwork environment, where cross-referrals of potential buyers are made to help sell other properties on their list and ensure that each person or groups of people that walk through your door are recorded and are adequately followed up.
