I met an agent who owned a real estate agency in Neutral Bay at a wedding, and just really got along well with him and he offered me a job.

What is your favourite thing about the area you service?

My favourite thing about the area is that you've got restaurants and cafes everywhere, yet you're also minutes away from the CBD and Balmoral beach.

Can you tell us about your most memorable sale?

My most memorable sale would be having the honour of representing the Governor-General, Peter Cosgrove and his wife in the sale of their house.

What’s your biggest strength?

My biggest strength is that I'm a people person and I'm good at understanding people.

What do you like most about your job?

Being able to build lifelong relationships with my clients, where they'll use my services over and over again. I get called out uncontested and that happens quite a lot. I also like helping people grow around the area as well, like my team.

What makes a good agent?

I believe a good real estate agent has a strong work ethic, resilience, good interpersonal skills and a love for property.

What’s the biggest mistake you see vendors make?

Choosing agents that over promise on values in a bid to get business.
