"When we decided to sell our house, I did a lot of homework. I read the sales results, tracked several agents and attended auctions. Finally I narrowed my decision down to two agents. One of the agents has a very impressive sales record and I had had several consultations with her, always concluding that she would be the one I chose. But then I decided to more actively consider this agent . During the first few minutes of that interview, I had changed my mind: this agent would be the agent I entrusted to sell our house. Both agents had impressive credentials but I found this agent to be warmer, more approachable and very knowledgeable. I had been advised by the other agent to totally de-clutter the house while this agent advised me to leave on display the articles that gave character to our house rather than make it appear that no one actually lived here.
