Owing to a family tragedy on Christmas day, it was with great regret my wife had to sell her mother's home. From the outset, Connor made us feel at ease and the whole daunting prospect of selling a house, which we had never done before really stress-free. We wish to thank this agent and his team for the excellent result that was achieved at the auction of my late mother's house in Putney last Saturday. The auctioneer Peter Baldwin was absolutely brilliant; he would have to be one of the best auctioneers in Australia. This agent and Peter makes a formidable team and both go well beyond the call of duty, we were kept informed of every, even the smallest detail. The marketing of the property was to say the least, well above even my high standard. We had a very large turnout on auction day with 17 registered bidders and thanks to this agent and Peter, achieved a price well above the reserve. This agent (and auctioneer Peter Baldwin) were recently engaged for the sale of my late father’s home. In what was a very emotional period, this agent was able to give advice regarding preparing the property for sale but was still respectful of our family’s grief. During the auction period, marketing and communication was excellent. This agent was prompt in giving both verbal and written reports following “open for inspections” and in-between times. Peter was also involved both prior and during the auction period, and both fully explained auction day procedure to us prior to the day.
