    ALEX HILL, SPIT ROAD MOSMAN02/09/2009At the height of the economic downturn, I listed a one bedroom property for sale with Laing & Simmons North Sydney. The property was located in Mosman, on a busy main road, and had no views or parking.I had already met with local agents prior to approaching this agent O'Neill from Laing & Simmons. Upon meeting this agent , I was struck by her honesty, realism and professionalism and whilst I was slightly concerned that she was not from the local area, she filled me with confidence regarding her ability to sell my property. She did not let me down.My property was sold by Laing + Simmons North Sydney four weeks later for the exact amount I had hoped to receive.This amount was $20k above the last property that sold on the same road six months prior. It was $15k above the sale price of the apartment directly above in the same block of apartments that did have stunning water views and had only sold three months prior. I would highly recommend this agent O'Neill and Laing + Simmons North Sydney to any prospective vendors.Their performance was outstanding and I'm incredibly grateful for a job very well done.
