Saying a mere thank you somehow can't adequately express my gratitude to you, but nevertheless, thank you. During the brief four weeks of being my agent, you have demonstrated extraordinary commitment and professionalism in the way you sold my property. Your calm and confident manner are such an asset in this highly charged and potentially emotive time and I found your weekly reports and your interpretation of them extremely helpful. As it turned out, your so-called gut feeling was spot on. Yesterday afternoon when we discussed the strategy of an auction before the auction, I could have no idea of what was ahead for the rest of the afternoon, evening and night. You worked tirelessly on contacting all the interested parties, ringing me three times during the process with updates, and eventually told me at 11.15 P.M. that you were on your way to my home to get me to sign the successful final offer. When you put the completed and signed contracts in front of me, I could hardly believe the huge amount that you had negotiated. It far exceeded my hoped for amount. I should also say that your integrity through the whole process was above question. When an interested party turned out the be a close relative of one of the other Gary Peer agents, you carefully walked me through the pros and cons of that situation, informing me of my legal rights and making sure that the required consents were obtained both from me and my solicitor. You attended to every detail with thoroughness and diligence making sure that nothing could go wrong. You are most certainly one of the most precious jewels in the Gary Peer crown.
We were very happy with the choice we made. My husband and I would like to thank the lovely ladies at Gary Peer for making the sale of our apartment so streamlined and uncomplicated. On our signing up, we were given a schedule which was adhered too. We were kept updated and informed and all-in-all, it was a very nicely run campaign which led to a successful result on auction day. We want to express our appreciation and gratitude to the professional guidance we received from your agent this agent . this agent gave us very useful tips, hints and information regarding real estate investments. Keep in mind that this is our first investment property and we were pretty scared. However, with this agent 's help we have purchased an investment property quickly much quicker than we have ever imagined, within our budget, in a great location and with the confidence that we are making the right decision. Last Sunday was not an easy one for this agent . She had to travel multiple times back and forth between all the parties involved, us, the vendor, and the property itself, negotiating with the vendor as well as with us and finally, near midnight, getting the best deal possible for both the vendor and us.

As long term investors in Melbourne real estate we have dealt with many agencies as vendors, buyers and landlords. this agent and Joseph exceeded our expectations for professionalism and integrity. They both acted on their commitments and committed to their actions during the intense campaign. Their hard work, skills and experience achieved the result we needed. We just wanted to say an enormous thank you to you for all your hard work and long suffering patience with our very limited and annoying real estate requirements. We were so close to not going to the auction but it was your support and encouragement that got us there. Thank goodness.
this agent stated what she wanted removed from house with no confusion and just direct communication. She goes beyond call of duty in assisting with tradesman. this agent and Leor have the courage to force us to start with a low quote, giving our property best perceived value in the area. Leor demanded we spend the highest amount on advertising, no shortcuts, this gave us the best exposure. this agent did the letter drop in surrounding area as requested by me, triggering enormous interest and awareness. this agent stayed with the photographer for three and a hald hours to get the right photos that were amazing and critical. Gary organised front page of PRNews and editorial. Every buyer's name and number collected and all called back, no shortcuts. Huge effort. Price was never discussed, Leor's comment was if we get the process right the price will look after itself. Each week a clear report was delivered by email and voice, communication was superb. this agent was on sight for building inspections and builders all made a beautiful cup of coffee to put them in the right mood when reviewing. Builders and buyers were able to come whenever they needed. Both Leor and this agent attended Wednesday opens, and their work together meant 1+1=3. The Monday meeting before the auction was informative and clear and not a conditioning exercise. Our advertisements were placed in prominent locations giving potential buyers a better chance to find the property. If we went with another agency, we are on page 12 only 25% of people look that far. Page 3 has 90 percent, a good selling feature. this agent and Leor handled the purchaser's 120 day request perfectly. This put him in the right frame of mind to buy. I am not convinced all agents would have handled the pressure at 10:30 A.M. this well on auction day. Aviv Samuel was a good spare pair of hands on the day. The water for buyers worked. There was a competitive reserve because we believed all that could have been done was done, and that today was the day to sell. The pressure is on the buyer auction day, the pressure is on the seller every day after. this agent came twenty minutes early and prepared everything. She came with her A game. this agent and Leor spent a week discussing who they each would stand with. This is attention to detail and the match ups worked. Critical auction points, Phillip focusing on best value, giving our field a further belief they were buying a bargain not a house in a narrow street with a tired kitchen old cork, small living area and two tiny bedrooms with a non-functional garage. Having Gary Peer there as a spare pair of hands at a critical time may have made us 30,000 dollars. this agent did a great job getting the girls to bid, she got them emotionally attached. Leor fired up the eventual purchaser which set the fireworks going. Leor's little touch at the end with underbidder got us another $10,000. Phillip put on a great show and his ability to hold announcing the reserve as long as possible gave buyers the belief that they were bidding just a bit above reserve. Perception is reality. These twenty-six little points turned a potential disaster with excuses into a fantastic day that we can't thank this agent , Leor, Gary, Phillip and the team at Gary Peer enough. Twenty-two days of pain has given us ten years of gain. You took a hard-nosed difficult vendor and turned him into a strong supporter of your firm who is happy to act as a referrer and advocate for this agent , Leor and the real estate agency Gary Peer.
