We recently sold our property in Kew East. The property had been in our family for around 75 years, so it was really a big decision, particularly with our strong degree of emotional attachment to the property. We sought advice from three agents, and after a lot of soul searching, went with Bekdon Richards. We dealt with this agent who was a pleasure to deal with all throughout the sale process. He has a no nonsense approach, totally professional and honest. There were no outlandish promises, but good solid advice, backed up by excellent data from previous sales and their extensive experience. He was further backed up by a great team in his office. On this basis, we decided to go to auction. The advertising program was excellent and very reasonable cost-wise. They actually gave us more than we anticipated, with assistance with some extra advertising in our program. On auction day, the whole team attended including management and all put in, mingling with the crowd, answering questions and assisting. The auctioneer was great. He was obviously very experienced, and once again, had a very down to earth no nonsense approach. Needless to say, we were more than happy with the outcome of the auction which exceeding virtually all expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bekdon Richards to anyone wishing to sell their property or even seeking advice regarding their property and would be happy to chat further.

This agent from Bekdon Richards was highly recommended by a friend of ours. Bekdon Richards isn't local to the area which we were selling in however, this agent made an impression with his enthusiasm, experience, knowledge and sales strategy. We were confident in this agent's abilities and were comfortable in choosing an out of area agent, instead of one of the many local agents to sell our home. This agent maintained good communication throughout the campaign, and always made the effort to meet with us face to face at times and locations which suited our family and busy lives. Unfortunately, we didn't have a result on auction day, but this is where this agent put everything he had into chasing every lead and pushing potential buyers to obtain the highest possible price for us.
